INBOUND CALL SOLUTIONS

These additional services add value to your Microsoft Office 365 product as you can combine the flexible working provided by Office 365 with being contactable from anywhere – your customers won’t even know you have left the office. In additional our easy to use portal allows you to make immediate changes or you can call our team to make modifications for you. Inbound numbers are virtual numbers that only accept incoming calls; an inbound number must be pointed to a fixed line telephone number in order to work. You have the option to decide whether you would like the flexibility of managing your own Inbound Numbers via our easy to use portal or a Managed Service where you would be able to request changes via telephone or email to a dedicated account manager.

03 and 08 Numbers (Non Geographic Numbers)

Non Geographic Numbers cover all telephone numbers that are non-area specific, i.e. they do not begin with an area code like 0161, 0207, 01859, etc.  Non Geographic Numbers can begin 03, 08 or 09 and include 0800, 0845, 0870, 0871, 090. Future Office 365 offer a wide range of Non Geographic Inbound call solutions at great rates and if your clients have Non Geographic Numbers that originated with another carrier, we are able to port these to our network. Our full range of Non Geographic Numbers include:

• 030 & 033 numbers
• Freephone 0800 & 0808 numbers
• 0844 & 0843 numbers
• 0845 numbers
• 0870 numbers
• 0871 numbers
• 09 Premium Rate numbers (subject to legislative restraints)

Virtual Local Numbers (Geographic Numbers)

Future Office 365 also offer Inbound Geographic Numbers which operate in a similar way to Non Geographic. We can provide 0161, 0207 and 01859 numbers, for example, which can then be pointed to ring on a landline or mobile of choice.

Inbound Call Management Solutions

In addition to simple one-to-one numbers where one Inbound number rings on one fixed line or mobile number, Future Office 365 offer a wide range of Call Management solutions such as Call Routing, Hunt Groups, Auto Attendants and Queue Managers.

Fax to Email

As a further benefit of being a Future Office 365 customer, you are entitled to a Fax to Email number which allows you to receive faxes directly to your email inbox so that you can receive faxes on your smartphone or Blackberry even when you are away from the office.
